International Cooperation & Enhancing Development in the Arab World
The Arab Diaspora & Development Forum is an unprecedented multi-sector platform for a candid dialogue on Arab development challenges and opportunities. The title of the Forum reflects the cultural dynamics of the global engagement of -- and with -- Arab communities for mutual benefits in an interdependent world. The inaugural global forum will focus around the main themes of assessing the role of the global Arab diaspora in development. Thus, the Forum would not only promote the socio-cultural awareness and understanding of Arab societies and people’s aspirations, but also enhance the cooperative engagement of diverse stakeholders with vested interests in local and global perspectives and prognosis on the future of the Arab world.
